- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services).
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
3. Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (United States): Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.
- International Shipping: Typically 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Kisasa Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or additional charges applied by customs authorities.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to most countries supported by Shopify Markets. Check availability at checkout.
- Some regions may have restrictions on certain products due to customs regulations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Kisasa Craft is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost during transit, contact us at kisasacraft.sales@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date to initiate a claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund per our Terms and Conditions.
